The 18k Exclusive Mastery created more discrepancy when Total max MR was still in single digits.) Instead only offering a total of 18kMastery missing when at MR28 you would need 140k+ Mastery for MR29.
(Those items are would not be enough to go from MR28 to MR29 by themselves. I'm pretty sure DE is more focused on Mastery Affinity for the majority rather than the smaller Founder Group in terms of Available Mastery progress.
