Go down the stairs and then follow the path to the right to the first set group of docks. Lake access and dock slip are located down the walkway from the back of the home. When you want to spend the day on the water, take a stroll down to your dock! No, we did not call (forgot to since we only remembered that at night). And the front light did not work consistently. Also, the hot tub maintenance guy just showed up without notice - DID NOT appreciate that. The cons: couldn't use the screened in porch because it was filled with flies and even when we left the door open to try and get them out, they wouldn't leave conflicting info about wifi posted at the house and in an email (finally figured it out - but not without having to struggle through calling the rental agency) broken plastic lawn furniture so not all 4 of us could sit outside at once. The pros of the property: fenced in yard for our dog house was pretty clean upon arrival plenty of room for us to spread out (2 teens, 2 parents and our pooch) loved the hot tub lots of games on-hand. We chose this property because we needed a change of scenery during this Covid craziness.
